• Any dietary requirements or specific food allergies can be met by asking all guests to advise us at the time of booking.
• Duration of Cook and Dine is 3 1/2 hours, divided equally between cooking and dining.
• Choose your preferred start time when booking - 10.30 am for lunch or 5 pm for dinner.
• Enjoy what you have created as lunch or dinner at the dining table overlooking the sea, together with a fine selection of Montalto Estate wines.

Small-Group Public Tours:
Epicurean Food and Wine Tours have a 4-person minimum requirement for the tour to go ahead and we reserve the right to cancel the tour if we do not have these numbers to operate. You may be given the option to upgrade to a private tour or delay your travel. We will contact you 1-2 days before to discuss if needed.

All bookings need to be confirmed by you 24 hours before tour departure time at 0418 336 005 or info@epicureantours.com.au. This is to clarify departure point and time and any other special requirements. Failure to do so may mean a late cancellation with no refund (our discretion).

We have the right to change the itinerary due to availability (our decision for the best cellar door or winery restaurant experience on the day).

We reserve the right to request a bond and deduct a cleaning fee at cost for any damage incurred either on the vehicle or at venues visited.

Private Tour Tours for Two or Private Charter Cancellation:
Requires credit card details and a non-refundable deposit of $200 to secure the booking for a private group. Full payment is required 5 days before the tour commences.

• 10+ days before the tour date, 100% refund of balance after deposit
• Less than 10 days before the tour date, 75% refund after deposit
• Less than 5 days before the tour date, 50% refund after deposit
• “No Show” on the day will not receive any refund, however, we will provide a credit to be used over 12 months that can be used to book an experience at a later mutually agreeable date.
  

Tour prices are quoted with regard to the number of attendees advised by you and will quote to a range of 2 and re-quote if the number of guests changes.

Small-Group Tour (2-6 guests) Cancellation:

• 7 + days before the tour you receive a 100% refund
• 2 days (48 hours) before the tour date you receive a 50% refund
• 2 days or less is considered a late cancellation with no refund
• “No shows” on the day is a late cancellation, No Refund, however, we will provide a credit to be used over 12 months that can be used to book an experience at a later mutually agreeable date.
• We will provide a full refund if any cancellation is caused by us.

Your voucher(s) and booking information will be included in the confirmation email you will receive shortly after purchasing the experience on Amazed.com.

If the booking needs to be first confirmed by the host, you will receive your Amazed voucher within 24-48 hours of purchase.
