Immerse yourself in a breathtaking landscape that will stay with you forever on this small group (max 8 guests) hiking tour in The Grampians National Park.
We embark on our first hike of the day, a moderate 4.2km return hike that weaves us through fascinating rock formations, including the Grand Canyon and Silent Street before we arrive at The Pinnacle, the most iconic destinations in the park. This famous jagged cliff face is quite the sight and there will be plenty of time to soak up the views and capture some amazing photos.
Once we return, we will head into Halls Gap for a delicious lunch at one of our favourite local cafes before the drive up to MacKenzie Falls. This small walk is a steep 2km trail but you will be rewarded with one of Victoria’s largest and most beautiful waterfalls. Feel free to dip your toes in the icy mountain water to refresh your feet.
Our next stop is the picturesque Boroka Lookout where you will be able to experience stunning views of Halls Gap, Lake Bellfield and Mt. William mountain ranges. We return to the delightful local village of Halls Gap where we will reveal one of the local kangaroo’s favourite hangout spots before making the journey back to Melbourne.
Note: All bookings must be made by 5pm the day before travel.
Had an absolutely great time out at the Grampians with Hike & Seek. Our tour guide Marcus was an absolute pleasure enthusiastic, friendly and informative. The small groups also give you a great opportunity to really get to know your fellow tourists. Recommend for anyone looking to get out on some amazing hikes without the stress of organising travel, snacks and company 🤙
I've taken three trips with them, and the experience was amazing. The conveyance the guides.. everything was great. Highly recommended to book them for solo trips or group..!! Thank you :)
Excellent tours that are very well organized and led by an amazing group of guides. Get the most out of your visit by joining Hike & Seek on a daylong adventure!
Had a great time with Shane and Hike and Seek on two of their tours - the Great Ocean Road and the Phillip Island tour. The hikes were relatively easy and we got to see everything we were there for, plus some extras - Shane went out of his way to make sure we saw all the wildlife we could (echidnas, roos, wallabies, penguins, kookaburra, etc). Appreciated the coffee and the snacks, too. The group size was also nice. Would recommend for anyone looking to explore these two areas!
OUR first tour was with Sean. He was amazing. MY daughter n I enjoyed talking with him about all aspects of life and the tour. Usually tour guides just go through the motions... that wasn't the case! We did the mornington peninsula and hot pools! It was a bitter cold day, at least 4 us. We were visiting from Hawaii. THE COLD dampness of the day worked to our favor...the kangaroos were out and man o man there were a lot. So, we were over the moon! The hike was beautiful and the stories quite interesting. For lunch, we stopped at a local spot that had Amazing food. I loved that we all sat together..usually people split up. My daughter n I enjoyed breaking bread with the people we met from Thailand and our guide. NOW, IF YOU ARE LIKE ME...I did this tour for the hot pools and they were evwn better than I imagined. The property is lovely and it wasn't crowded. This tour is 100% stamped with our approval. It was my daughter's first spa experience and now I have a lifetime partner....so long as I pay. Lol. If you weren't sure about this trip...GO! You won't regret it! AND PLEASE TIP YOUR TOUR GUIDES!!!
