a month agoWe went on the Great Ocean Road via this tour company and the experience was amazing. Our tour guide was Craig. He was a great tour guide and being a local of the Great Ocean Road itself, he provided us detailed information of the places. He shared his childhood memories at different spots and gave us ample amount of time at each spot. We also got to know that he had visited somewhere around 140 countries, so having the first hand experience of being a tourist, he knew what we (tourists) wanted. Thankfully, we were one of the first groups to sit on the newly purchased big bus by the company. The bus had big leg space and wide windows, which allowed us to enjoy the view. The day started at 7:30 am and ended around 9 pm. The 14 hour journey was amazing.

7 months agoI just got back from Philip Island with Daniel for the day. I'd originally booked for the "Penguin Plus" experience, but got a call from Autopia yesterday saying that the centre had run out of tickets, so I would only be able to get general admission. This was unfortunate, but the lady on the phone was very apologetic, and offered me a refund of the extra price (which I took), or to rebook on another day. I also received a goodwill voucher code for another tour. On the tour itself, our guide (Daniel) had a note on his clipboard that I was originally booked for Penguins Plus. It was really nice to know that Autopia wanted to fix it. Throughout the day, he did everything he could to try to get me a ticket, and managed to find that someone had cancelled a ticket last minute that I could upgrade to! It's things like this that make a great tour company stand out from a good tour company. Even with a bus of 20 people, I didn't feel like "just another tourist". The rest of the tour was great too, seeing koalas, wallabees and of course the penguins! I would definitely recommend

5 months agoAfter almost 3 years, we have finally made up our mind flying to Melbourne for holiday amidst Covid-19 with our 6 year old child. The outcome was amazing and we had enjoyed ourselves to the most. We have joined Autopia Tours Australia for the Melbourne snow tour at Lake Mountain on 30/7/2022. Our guide was Shane and he was such a wonderful and caring person to all of us. He was very attentive to our needs and well-being to ensure that we were always comfortable throughout the journey. Lake Mountain has very beautiful views and we love the snow play experience there. The tour continued with stops at Steavenson Falls and Yarra Valley Chocolaterie and Ice Creamery too. Lookout at the waterfalls were exciting and everyone of us had some delicious sweet treats at Yarra Valley towards the end of our trip. The overall journey was fantastic.

5 months agoDaniel is an Epic legend. We have been to so many tours in Australia, can't remember other guides except Daniel. He is probably one of the top guides in Australia. He's also an Aussie"David Attenborough" and Jack of All trades. He has a warm heart, the knowledge of nature and human harmony. He picked us up when it was dark and cold but he filled the van with music, laugh and happiness. What's more,we saw the snow ❄️ without need to put on the chain. The boys said it was the time Daniel gave it to them was most memorable! Thanks Dan,wish you all the best in Batmania. We will be Back!-if can book with you again

8 months agoLitchfield National Park - Top End Day Trip from Darwin was fantastic!!! A great way to see all the best the Top End has to offer in one day. You have the option of doing the Jumping Crocs which is highly recommended. Litchfield National Park is beautiful and we visited Florence Falls (stunning), Buley Rockhole and finally Wangi Falls which was probably my favourite spot in the Top End. Paul and Jay were our tour guides and they were very energetic and knowledgeable and fun to spend the day with. It is much easier to hop on a bus and be driven around to all the spots rather than do all the driving yourself and try to work out where to go. This is my pick of tours for the Top End.
