a month agoWOW - amazing sunrise hot air balloon flight. Eddie the pilot, navigated the ballon and was, well experienced, confident and fun and was always happy to answer any questions. Very organized and professional. We had a very smooth flight throughout, including the takeoff and landing. The whole experience was magical - so peaceful and the views were stunning. Wind - or rather the lack of - meant we didn't fly over the city, but the views were still spectacular and we got to see the sunrise. The communication about the weather and whether the flight was going ahead was spot on, and the app provided lots of useful information and updates. It was great fun helping to get the balloon filled and packing up too, and my husband was able to join the ground crew while I was on the flight, and he thoroughly enjoyed helping Nick follow our balloon to the landing site. Couldn't fault my first ever hot air balloon flight - everything was very organized and professional, would highly recommend Global Ballooning!
