• If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking you will need to email [email protected]. You must do this at least 7 days before your class to cancel or reschedule. We are sorry that we cannot refund or rebook any cancellations made online or in person after this time.
  
• In the event that you are unwell, we ask that you send someone in your place. The participants who are not well will not be eligible to reschedule or receive a refund if it's less than 7 days notice. Alternatively, if you inform us prior to the class, you are welcome to collect the ingredients and online recipe to take home with you after the class. Please note that this may not be possible with fresh meats and seafood. You should call 0408 217 899 to check with the chef team. This cannot be organised via email.
  
• Lateness: please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled start time of the class. We cannot accommodate or refund those who arrive after the scheduled start time, even if you call ahead. The instructor will be expected to start on time and will not be able to repeat the health and safety and/or demonstrations covered at the beginning of the class.

Cancellation by Guest
The date of cancellation is the date that Otao kitchen receives written notice of the cancellation.
For rescheduling more than 7 days prior to the event, there is no charge to change to your new date. 
For rescheduling within 7 days prior to the event, there is a 35% charge to change the date. 
No refund or reschedule will take effect (1) if you fail to arrive at the venue at the time stipulated, (2) if you voluntarily leave your class after it has commenced, (3) if you need to leave the event for reasons of bereavement, injury or illness.  Travel insurance and medical insurance are therefore strongly recommended.

Cancellation by Otao kitchen
In some cases, this can occur after the experiences and events have commenced. If we need to cancel for any reason, we will fully refund the cost of the experiences and events or provide a replacement experiences and events at a later date convenient to both parties. Any other costs associated with travel to the designated pick up point, overnight accommodation, meals, etc will not be covered by us and therefore we strongly recommend travel insurance be taken out prior to travel.

We reserve the right to cancel any experiences and events up to 5 days prior, in which case a full refund will be issued. However, all experiences and events are guaranteed to depart once a minimum of 5 people are confirmed.
No experiences and events will be cancelled without 5 days notice and every effort will be made to consolidate numbers of attendees so that the booked experiences and events can run successfully.

Your voucher(s) and booking information will be included in the confirmation email you will receive shortly after purchasing the experience on Amazed.com.

If the booking needs to be first confirmed by the host, you will receive your Amazed voucher within 24-48 hours of purchase.
