• With the exception of the Melbourne Cricket Ground, this tour does not include entry INTO any of the venues mentioned.
• We require a minimum of 4 guests in order for this tour to proceed.
• In the case of inclement weather, we may cancel this tour - guests will have the choice of a refund or an alternative date.
• ALL venues are active event sites and therefore subject to closure to non-event visitors. For Example, The Australian Open site is not open from mid-December through to the end of January/early February and MCG Tours are unavailable at certain times on event days.  To the best of our ability, we will schedule our tour dates accordingly, however, last-minute alterations are sometimes unavoidable.
• Melbourne weather can be variable - we recommend you check the weather forecast and dress appropriately including carrying sunscreen and/or an umbrella where necessary.   We also recommend you wear comfortable shoes for walking, as this entire tour takes place on foot.

• Where a tour is subject to favourable weather conditions you will be given as much notice as possible of any cancellations and the offer of an alternate date or a full refund.
• Show Me Melbourne reserves the right to alter itineraries, vehicles and days of operation as required. Although every effort is made to adhere to the itinerary specified some venues may not be available on the requested day due to events. Every effort will be made to inform the agent/client of tour cancellations/alterations prior to the tour date.
  
• Please advise us within 72 hours of a tour departure of any cancellation to avoid a cancellation fee of 25 per cent.
  
• No-shows or tours cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled departure time may not be refunded.
  
• All tours can be provided on a private basis upon request.  Please ask for a quote.
  
• A deposit of 50% of the estimated tour cost is required at time of booking to enable prepayment of venues.
  
• The balance of payment is due at least one week prior to the tour departure.
  
• Cancellations notified between 14 and 5 days prior to commencement will incur a fee of 25% of the estimated tour cost.
  
• Cancellations notified less than 72 hours prior to commencement will incur a fee of 75% of the estimated tour cost.
  
• No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of commencement will not be refunded.
  
• Final numbers & pick up details are required 72 hours prior to tour departure.
  
• Additional numbers will be accepted at the contracted rate until departure subject to availability.
