Participant Requirements:

• We supply cars, safety equipment, and professional instructors.
• Helmets are provided, however you are welcome to bring your own helmet providing it meets current safety standards.
• You must hold a current drivers licence (P Plates are OK), which must be produced prior to commencing the course.
• All participants will be required to sign an indemnity prior to commencing the practical component of the course.
• You should be reasonably competent in operating a manual transmission.
• Participants will be required to sign an indemnity prior to participating in this experience.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

To ensure you get the maximum enjoyment from your Stunt Driving Experience and to avoid any unnecessary disappointment, please read over the following terms and conditions carefully.

• All courses and gift vouchers purchased through Stunt Driving School are non‐refundable, but are fully transferable.
• Rebooking your course within 7 BUSINESS days of the course date, will incur a $50 rebooking fee.
• If you do not attend your scheduled course, regardless of excuse your position is classed as a forfeit ‐ this includes (but is not limited to) weather conditions, work requirements, vehicle problems, family crisis and health problems.
• It is YOUR responsibility to know where you need to go and to arrive on time.
• Failure to produce a current driver’s license at any of our courses will result in a forfeit of that course. You cannot drive if you are unlicensed. (Except all Wild Ride participants – as you are not driving, you do not require a license)
• A strict .00 alcohol policy for drivers attending our courses applies.
• Spectators are permitted but must follow directions / instructions of Stunt Driving School staff. All children MUST be overseen by an adult and are the sole responsibility of that adult.
• Dogs or pets of any kind are not permitted.
