Had a good instructor Chelsea and we did our surf at Ocean Grove instead. Great 2 hours and if you persevere, you would be able to stand after 2 mornings. All inclusive cost for the lesson. Wet suits, board, lesson. Called to book and it was easy too.

Had a lesson yesterday with Jack. First time surfing for me, but he was very encouraging and gives tips that help instantly. Makes sense that he's a school teacher as well. HIGHLY recommend. Great in winter, must be even nicer in summer

Had a lesson today and it was so much fun. All 3 of us were absolute beginners, by the end of the lesson we had all stood up and caught a few waves. Our instructor Perth was super friendly and enthusiastic, tailoring her advice to each of our personal levels. I think she was more excited for us than we were when we stood up! Would definitely recommend to anyone, and we will be back again once have practiced the skills we learnt today!

For a couple of novice surfers, we were pleasantly surprised at how much we progressed in our first 2 hour surf lesson with Zander Marit and Jacinta. They are all amazing teachers and not only made the experience a lot of fun, they got us standing up on the boards and riding waves in no time! I would definitely recommend Go Ride A Wave for all beginner surfers that are keen to come and explore this amazing place, along with the beautiful surf beaches it has to offer! Thanks again for an amazing experience, and another shout out to Zander! You’re an absolute legend and a great teacher!

My 13yr.old nephew was visiting from Canada and did a lesson; he had tons of fun, found the instructor really good, and caught a few waves in the process! Very friendly and welcoming, highly recommend.
