Geelong City Council has come on board with us and have allowed us to use many of the city parks for taking off and landing...this allows us some spectacular flights over the city on many days.
Ballooning is a hands-on experience and there are simple tasks for those who'd like to participate in setting the balloon up for the flight and there is certainly a job for everyone when we need to pack the balloon away after we have landed. The flight itself will last about one hour and your pilot will use the winds at different heights to navigate to the most appropriate landing site. Participate in the oldest form of aviation, a hot air balloon flight. Champagne and a grazing table after the flight is on us!

If the passenger has booked to fly three times or more during this 12 month period, LBF will endeavour to honour the booking for a further 6 to 12 months, depending on location.

a month agoThe whole experience was perfect! Pre-flight administrations were comprehensive and prompt, giving clear instructions on how to get to the meet up place. D-day administration and service were excellent too, Paul was clear with his brief and assisted us in taking photos whenever required. Our pilot, Nick, was extremely proficient and experience in piloting, sharing information and details throughout the flight. Landing was not bumpy and we felt really safe throughout the whole experience. 5/5 experience and service.

The super clear instructions and friendly nature of the team made everyone feel comfortable and safe. Getting to pack the balloon up together was also a fun experience. Would definitely recommend if you ever get the chance.

a month agoPeter was an amazing and comedic Pilot with evident history in the field. My girlfriend and I came for my birthday and well exceeded our expectations. Thor was funny as well and made the pack up a fun group thing. 10/10 would recommend even for locals like us.
