What a sick experience, guid was down to earth and a pretty good chat, Luke knows his stuff and is all over it with a good mix of fun and relaxation, gave us freedoms to have a run around at points while also showing us the islands and reefs. Will be coming back next time I’m up, and for the price!! Very reasonable!

Had a great time for a first timer jetski trip with my wife!!! Thanks so much Jamie and Luke - top blokes both of them - really approachable, friendly and very professional re: safety. Got to travel around the whole Magnetic island stopping at key points and showing us the shipwreck and key features as we went. Lucked out was just my wife and I on tour so Luke had us do more fun 'S' routes on the way back!! We went diving the day before this jetski trip and really enjoyed this jetski more!! 👍👍STRONGLY recommend for anyone visiting Townsville.

walked in yesterday to the Poseidon office and I really wanted to do a JetSki tour around Magnetic Island. Well I was blown away by the service , attentiveness and attention to detail and safety. These dudes run a ship shape business and I had a fantastic 2 hours out with the two lads and they showed me a great time. Do not hesitate to contact this great team and they will look after you, your family and your mates and they did not let me get out of line once. Thank you again Poseidon team Luke and the team.

All customers must be able to understand English as they need to a thorough understanding of the briefing and instructions.
Townsville Jet Ski and watercraft perform a competency test before all hires and tours. We reserve the right to end hire/tour if we feel driver is not competent in driving the jet ski and feel the driver will put themselves or others at risk. You will receive a refund if this is the case.
All customers must have some level of fitness as some rides are more physically demanding then others, you, must also be able to tread water with a life jacket on in the event you fall off the Jet Ski.
All skis have storage compartments and dry bags to store valuables. Please only bring what you need.
Maximum weight of an individual person allowed to partake in activities provided by TJSW is 130kg. Persons in excess to the weight limit pose an increased health and safety risk to themselves, customers, and staff.
The minimum age for persons to drive our personal watercrafts is 16 years (If under 18 a parent of guardian must sign on their behalf), and all passengers must be 8 years or older.

What to bring
· Protective sun wear clothing
· Towel
· Driver’s licence/ form of ID
· Sunscreen
· Water
· Hat
- If bringing a camera please insure there is a lanyard attached (if not waterproof please don't bring. This is at your risk)
-You may bring your own stinger suit if you wish. There are also stinger suits for hire.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation, customers must give 24 hours before hire/ tour time to receive a refund. Failure to do so will result in no refund.
If cancellation is due to poor weather, the customer can chose either to receive a refund or a gift voucher to be used at a later date. (Valid for 12 months).
