SUP is best done in 0-10 knot winds. Kayak is best done in 0 to 13 knot winds. Catamaran is best done in 7 to 14 knot winds. If you are a beginner, the less winds the better, so choose the lower sides of the above scales. Also, keep in mind winds coming from the West, do not always come to fruition at the beach. Please call us if you cannot access or interpret a wind forecast accurately.
