• Check-in at Sunreef starts at the time outlined in your confirmation email or text. When you arrive, we will see you at our check-in desk and ensure that your gear is organized.
• On departure to the Mudjimba Island, our trained crew will provide a thorough briefing for all our divers about the sites we will visit and will answer any questions you may have about it.
• Every snorkelling experience is different depending on the conditions that day and time.
• Between snorkels, you may choose to get back on the boat for a surface interval where you are provided snacks and water. Feel free to bring along your own snacks if you have allergies or would like more substantial food.
• Children under 16 years old must be always accompanied by an adult (on board or in the water, also please be aware that they must be strong swimmers for this activity.)
• Children under 8 are not permitted on board.
• NO drones are permitted on board.
• NO flash photography or videography is permitted on board.
• NO alcohol is to be taken on the vessel.
• NO weight belts and duck diving.

Trip Confirmations:

• As with all our dives, your snorkelling trip confirmation will depend on the sea conditions and weather. We will monitor this closely and if the weather or sea conditions are unsuitable, we will let you know as soon as we can. We will send out an email and text message the day before your trip around 3:30 pm to inform you of the status of the trip and its departure time. If you do not receive the text message and email you must call us on +61 7 5444 5656 we will not call you to confirm receipt of the messages.

Seasickness and equalization:

• If you find yourself dealing with seasickness, our crew will look after you and ensure you are comfortable and safe. However, as this is not something in our control we will not issue any rebookings or refunds for being seasick and not snorkelling. We suggest you consider seasickness tablets to minimize the risk of seasickness affecting your trip. 

Snorkelling Waiver:

• Each diver must complete a Sunreef Snorkeler Waiver before snorkelling with us. This will also be sent out to you with your booking confirmation. Please note that if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, are taking prescription medication, are suffering from any injury or illness, or if you are trying to become or could be pregnant you may be unable to dive with Sunreef. • A cancellation made by the customer less than 72 hours prior to departure incurs a 100% cancellation fee. NO REFUNDS. However, your Snorkel With Turtles booking is transferable to another person and the new passenger can simply change the name on the booking at check-in.
• Failure to turn up for your Snorkel With Turtles tour at the time stipulated by Sunreef Employees incurs a 100% cancellation fee. NO REFUNDS.

If the booking needs to be first confirmed by the host, you will receive your Amazed voucher within 24-48 hours of purchase.
