Take control of a modern sport Sling aircraft during this 80 minute flying lesson. Your experience will begin with a 10 minute video where you'll learn about what to expect during the flight and how to operate the controls. This will be followed by a 10 minute pre-flight inspection of the aircraft with your flight instructor.
Once airborne, you will take the controls during this 60 minute flying lesson! With an experienced instructor by your side, you will be able to fly the modern Sling aircraft yourself, soaring above the stunning Sunshine Coast.
All our flight lessons in Caloundra are one-on-one with just you and your instructor in a classroom or in the plane. We have the most modern aircraft available and all aircrat are less than 10 years old. They are maintained to the highest standards by Aircraft Maintenance Specialists right next door to us, so this will provide you with confidence when flying with us or renting one of our aircraft.

a year agoI’m a private pilot based in the US and it was incredibly easy to book a tourist flight. The fleet of Sling aircraft are well-maintained and the flight staff and instructors are super nice and attentive. Chris was an amazing and took me all over for our hour flight. 10/10 would recommend for pilots visiting the area. Great 2-4-1 deal with the Queensland aviation museum across the street. Thank you!! I will be back when visiting the area in the future.

a year agoThe instructors at GoFly are highly experienced, knowledgeable and super friendly. I started with a 45 minute trial flight at the end of last year and it was a flight i'll never forget. The instructor Jack provided a flight with beautiful views, shared a lot of facts and knowledge about the area and the aircraft and had me hooked. I now do my flight training at Gofly and i am confident in saying it is an incredible experience surrounded by incredible people. Everyone at GoFly are Very professional are happy to share their knowledge. Reception also provides great customer service. I've flown with Jack and Chris, They're both fantastic instructors; very knowledgeable, patient and passionate about teaching flying. GoFly makes all their students feel appreciated and often praises all achievements and special moments throughout their training. You really get to know the instructors and make great friends along the way. The aircraft are modern, safe, clean and well maintained, they're a joy to fly. I can't recommend Gofly highly enough for RAAus flight training.

a year agoI chose GoFly for my RPC training, and am very glad I did. The Sling aircraft are very modern in comparison to aircraft used by other schools, and are maintained very well by AMS next door. The online videos are a perfect aid to training, allowing to you to revise and prepare for your next flight, saving time, and more importantly, money. It’s also very easy to make and cancel bookings through the online booking system. Lastly, a special shoutout to my witty and wonderful instructor Dan, who really does strive for the success of his students. He’s a fantastic pilot and instructor who is always up for a “laff”, and was someone I could talk to throughout all my training. It is through all these reasons that I would not hesitate to recommend GoFly to anyone looking to learn to fly.

11 months agoGreat experience and much easier when explained how each control worked. The plane was very easy to fly even when we hit turbulence. We were flying in mixed weather which was awesome
