Our first stop is Freshwater station to take a journey aboard the historic Kuranda Scenic Railway, travel through the rainforest enjoying breathtaking scenery, waterfalls and tunnels.
On arrival in Kuranda I'll be there to meet and show you around this, 'Village in the rainforest' famous for its colourful arts and crafts markets.
After approx 3 hours in Kuranda OR (1 hour in village Upgrade to Rainforestation Nature Park with Army Duck Rainforest ride and Dreamtime or Wildlife park. )it's time for a trip on the multi- award winning Skyrail Rainforest Cableway where you will enjoy a world heritage listed rainforest experience and take in some of the most spectacular views on earth.
Returning to Port Douglas 5.30pm and the end of our day together.

a month agoWe had a fantastic time with Brett. First was the Sky Rail to Karunda. It was just amazing. Even though it was raining it didn’t disappoint. The Barron Falls were spectacular. Lunch in Karunda and walking through the shops was a treat. Unfortunately we couldn’t catch the train back down due to the rain so Brett took us back down in the bus to the surf club in Palm Cove, another great place to visit, where we all had cocktails and maybe one or 2 more drinks to finish off the day. Thanks Brett, it was perfect. Highly recommended.

2 months agoGreat tour. Bridget was an informative and fun guide. We learn so much about the area. The stops gave us the opportunity to learn about sustainability and the passion of the people we met. In Kurunda, we held a koala. Then we tasted mango wine. The conversation with the Italian lady running the shop about the history of the wine fascinated us. It was definitely a good time!

5 months agoAmazing day exploring and learning about Kuranda and the surrounding areas. The train and SkyRail provided two unique viewpoints, I highly recommend doing both. Brett was a wonderful guide who ensured we knew where and when to meet him after we were done exploring on our own. Such a unique and engaging tour!

5 months agoBridget was a fantastic tour guide, such incredible depth of local and cultural knowledge and very personable. Recommend choosing the package where you can do the cable car on the return trip as the view of the coast is amazing.

a month agoBrett's Outback Tasting Adventure was a wonderful day experience. Brett was very informative about the different regions of food bowls, travelling through the Atherton Tablelands. We went to some great and sometimes 'hidden' little places that displayed their delicious wares and delightful beverages. The day tour was very well planned out, but the highlight for me, was sighting a platypus at play amongst the lilypads! A must to do, when you're in Port Douglas.
