• The duration of the drifting takes 2 hours and 30 minutes plus the return trip back to Palm Cove is 2 hours. 
• Total tour time is 4 to 5 hours back to Palm Cove.

As availability is limited on Palm Cove Watersport's tours a cancellation policy applies.

• A full refund will be given if cancelled before 12:00 PM midday on the day prior to travel.
• After 06:00 PM on the day prior to travel, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
• Between 12:00 PM midday and 06:00 PM the day prior to travel, a 50% cancellation will apply.
• Refunds will be given by the same method payment was made.
• A change of tour date can be made to your booking prior to the original tour date, without incurring any cancellation fee.
• On rare occasions, tours can be subject to the effect of weather or unforeseen circumstances. Should a tour not operate for any reason passengers will be offered an alternative day option or a refund.
