• Do I need swimwear to stand up paddle? Well, that depends on how good you are! It’s quite easy to fall off a paddle board so it is very likely you’ll get wet.
• Can anyone do this? Yes, they can, providing they are reasonably comfortable in the water and on an unstable surface. Our boards are stable, however, they are on the water so they do wobble as you would expect.
• Do you have drinks available for purchase? Yes, we do! We have a selection of healthy and delicious drinks in our kiosk.

• Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 48 hours notice of cancellation. No shows will be charged the full price, or lose their deposit. Customers may choose to reschedule their booking subject to availability, with 48 hours notice.

• If Eco Noosa River Adventures determines that the conditions and or forecast on the Noosa River at the scheduled time of the hire are unsafe for our hire boats or equipment, a rescheduled booking time or a credit will be provided at no charge. Local conditions are to be assessed and determined by the Eco Noosa staff at the scheduled time of the hire.
• Please note: rain, wind or cool temperatures are not ‘unsafe conditions’ on their own. No refunds, free reschedules or credits will be given when the conditions are not postcard perfect, unless the conditions on (or forecast for) the local waterway are deemed to be unsafe for our hire boats and equipment, to be determined by the Eco Noosa staff at the actual moment of hire.
