Only gave a second star because the bus was on time, otherwise it’s a 1 star review. This company tried to charge us additional fees for our tour, which we’d booked and paid for months in advance. We only became aware of this increase late afternoon the business day (Friday) prior to the scheduled tour from Surfers Paradise to Australia Zoo for the following Monday. We were advised via an email of this price increase but with no details on how to pay the additional charges (which we disputed anyway and were not going to pay). The email was sent after their office hours were closed and with the tour pick-up time early hours of the Monday morning. I sent an email and left a voicemail message on the Friday and thankfully heard back on the Sunday (email) advising we wouldn’t be charged the additional fee. The bus driver was TERRIBLE - braking extremely late in traffic, with passengers being jolted forward in their seats, and driving well over the speed limits. The bus was late leaving Australia Zoo thanks to 2 passengers who ignored directions of what time to meet, which resulted in the bus driver driving even more erratically on the way back to Surfers Paradise (an example being driving 80 in a 60 zone) and again, slamming on brakes at the last minute. We do not recommend this company and will never use their services again.

Successfully took me from Brisbane to the zoo and home, so easier than trying to navigate public transport or hire a car. However not without some communication issues - pick up instructions for the Marriott Hotel was for 6 Howard Street so that’s exactly where I was 15 mins before the scheduled pick up time, after being escorted there by hotel staff. No bus arrived - the tour group email says it can be a bit late due to traffic so I waited for an extra 10mins then went back to the main entrance on Adelaide Street, lo and behold that’s where the bus was. Bus driver frustrated and impatient with me despite me being exactly where they told me to be. Appreciated that they didn’t leave without me though, and we still arrived at the zoo on time. Despite the online itinerary saying they’ll depart the zoo at 4pm, they actually want to depart at 3:30pm and are VERY insistent on this. I’d already booked and paid for a 3pm animal encounter on the basis that I’d have enough time to do that and leave at 4pm, so I was very surprised when they sprung this new 3:30pm departure time on us when we arrived at the zoo. Made me anxious about being late back and making everyone wait, especially after the morning’s issue. Called the tour in the afternoon to let them know I might be late to the shuttle at 3:30pm so they could let the driver know, and the lady I talked to just kept pushing the 3:30 departure time, blaming traffic being the reason for the need to leave earlier than advertised. The zoo staff were very kind and accommodating, even giving me a shuttle ride back to the entrance so I was at the shuttle on time however it meant the encounter was a little bit more rushed than it should’ve been, and I wasn’t able to pick up the digital photos that are included with the encounter. So while this company successfully got me to and from the zoo, I’m unlikely to recommend them or book with them again. If you do, note that they’ll want to leave at 3:30pm not 4pm, and if you select the Marriott Hotel pick up, be sure to wait at the Adelaide Street entrance!

Received a complimentary coach transfer as part of an event I was attending. The bus was excellent, clean and spacious. Driver was lovely and we had Allison from JPT on board with us. She was friendly and chatty. An absolutely delightful experience!

Your driver nearly killed me while I was crossing the road on a green signal on 11 April. He didn't seem to understand basic road rules like need to give way to pedestrians and not merge 3 lanes round a corner without indicating. Absolutely disgraceful. Learn to value human life over making a yellow light you moron. Your license should be revoked.
