• All participants will be required to sign a waiver and indicate required medical information.
  
• All safety instructions are delivered in English only with all participants needing to have a sufficient level of English to be able to understand safety instructions.
  
• All participants must wear a PFD at all times with any refusal to wear PFD will result in your removal from the tour.
• Your guide is skilled at capturing all the fantastic photo opportunities so they will assist with photos for you.
  
• Our waterbikes are incredibly safe and stable, however they have a weight restriction of 170kg.  
  
• Waterbikes glide through the water with little resistance so high levels of physical fitness is not required and our seats are adjustable for different leg lengths.
• All tours are subject to weather and may need to be cancelled at short notice due to adverse wind, swell or other weather conditions. Cancellation is at the discretion of Waterbikes Gold Coast, whose management makes an expert assessment based on information from numerous weather apps.  (BOM alone is not always reliable)
  
• There are numerous options for routes depending on weather conditions, so depending on wind conditions the route may change.
  
• As weather conditions can quickly change communication regarding the cancellation of tours could be as late as the morning of your tour, so please keep an eye on your text messages. 
  
• If a tour is cancelled due to weather a credit voucher will be issued which can be used for up to 12 months from the original booking date. If a reschedule is not possible then a full refund will be given.
  
  

What to wear:

• Hat and sunscreen, comfortable clothing, boardshorts or active wear is recommended. Spray jacket in cooler months.

What to bring:

• A water bottle and a sense of adventure.
  
• We suggest leaving valuables secure in your motor vehicle or at home.
