• You will need to arrive 1 hour before your selected flight time.
• If you wear glasses, we can provide extra large goggles that fit neatly over your glasses, meaning your sight is not obstructed during your flights. Contact lenses can also be worn under standard goggles but please note, there's always a small risk they may come out.

Weight and Height Limit:

• Height under 180cm and weight between 105kg to 136kg will require 2 instructors for which a special request fee of $30 applies.
• Height over 180cm and weight between 115kg to 136kg will require 2 instructors for which a special request fee of $30 applies. The High Fly add-on is not available to those over our standard weight limits.

Dress Code:

• Dress in comfy clothes (shirts without collars are best)
  
• Wear lace-up trainers
  
• Bring a hairbrush if you have long hair.

If you know you will not be able to make your flights, you may reschedule as follows:

• For standard bookings with more than 48 hours’ notice, you may reschedule your flights.
  
• For standard bookings with less than 48 hours’ notice, you may reschedule your flights for an additional $10 fee per person.
  
• For standard bookings with less than 24 hours’ notice, you may reschedule your flights for an additional $30 fee per person.
  
• For standard bookings with less than 3 hours’ notice, you will not be able tp reschedule your flights.
  
• If you fail to arrive for your flights, are late for your flights or fail to reschedule your flights within the timelines above -  your booking will no longer be valid and you will not be entitled to a refund.
  
• The rescheduling fee must be paid at the time of you notify us that you need to reschedule and a new date for your booking must be decided upon.

If the booking needs to be first confirmed by the host, you will receive your Amazed voucher within 24-48 hours of purchase.
