Spirit of Gold Coast Broadwater Sunset Cruise departs from Mariners Cove Marina, Berth 95, Arm D, next to the Helicopter Pad, located on 60-70 Seaworld Drive, Main Beach.

To assist you in locating the vessel on the day turn left into Mariners Cove Carpark (60-70 Seaworld Drive Main Beach).
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the experience taking place.

Fantastic end to the year on the new years eve cruise. Food was great with plenty to go around. Great spot in the Broadwater to view the fireworks. Would definitely do again.

Took my father to go whale watching in Aug 2022. Had an absolutely wonderful experience and got to see plenty of whales. My father said it was one of the most memorable activities of his trip to visit us from South Africa. Staff and captain were lovely, friendly, and so professional. We were in absolutely safe hands and had a wonderful time. If you are after an experience like this. Spirit of Gold Coast is the place to visit. Would absolutely be back again in a heartbeat.

Nothing but AMAZING. The staff were brilliant and mixed with the guests. The boat was great, with complementary tea and coffee. And the WHALES. The most mind blowing, amazing experience ever. Will be back. Best whale watching cruise I have done!

Comfortable vessel with very friendly staff. Grown from a small family business, they look after all your needs. Plenty of room to see the whales on board, no need to worry about 'getting the best spot'. The crew also have a wealth of knowledge and a true respect for the ocean and all things under the sea.

Spent the entire boat ride between 3 families of whales, being followed by a huge pod of dolphins. The crew were lovely and very knowledgeable, they respect the whales space and allow them to gain trust and curiosity. This way the whales come to play with the boat rather than being scared away. An amazing trip!

In the interest of passenger comfort and safety, cruises are subject to suitable weather conditions.
Seniors / Students must present an appropriate ID card to obtain the advertised rate.
Adults are responsible for minors under their supervision, even during kids’ activities on board. If you are accompanied by a minor, you are accountable for their safety at all times.
All passengers MUST be at the designated departure point 30 minutes prior to the scheduled cruise time.

Spirit of Gold Coast is NOT liable for passengers being late.

In the event you have missed your planned cruise time, we will reschedule your cruise to an alternate day (subject to availability).
Departure Time: 9:30 AM
In the event you are unable to reschedule your missed cruise, you will NOT be entitled to a refund.
To ensure an enjoyable day, we recommend that all passengers take precautions to prevent seasickness.

Seasickness pills are most effective if taken at least half an hour prior to your cruise.
The Spirit Vessel is wheelchair accessible; however, all guests MUST follow the guidelines.

Please note that the Spirit crew cannot carry passengers from their wheelchairs. All guests who use a wheelchair must be able to move themselves, or bring assistance with them. The Spirit Vessel is equipped with standard marine toilets. These toilets are narrow and may require an assistant/carer to facilitate their usage.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be provided for change of mind or unforeseen circumstances.

In the event you are unable to attend your scheduled cruise for any reason, we will help you to reschedule your cruise to an alternate day (subject to availability).

All decisions regarding cancelled cruises will be made by the Operations Manager and are considered final.

The only instance a refund will be provided is if Spirit of Gold Coast has made the decision to cancel your cruise. Booking fees for online payments are not refundable.

How to redeem

Your voucher(s) and booking information will be included in the confirmation email you will receive shortly after purchasing the experience on Amazed.com.

If the booking needs to be first confirmed by the host, you will receive your Amazed voucher within 24-48 hours of purchase.
