The Australiana Package includes a two-hour surf lesson and entrance to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary. This is one must-do experience on the Gold Coast that you will never forget!

Learn to surf in the morning, and visit one of the Gold Coast’s most popular tourist destinations. With over 1000 native animals, the sanctuary is home to one of the world’s largest collections of Australian wildlife. To enhance your experience even more, you see many of our iconic species in their natural habitat. We can't complain about the lesson. It was fantastic. However, we didn't receive our photos. We rang, we emailed, we were promised they'd send them. This was weeks ago and still no photos. These photos are important to us as it was a shared experience between generations and the photos would have been a nice keepsake.

We had an amazing lesson with Remi yesterday. He was thorough with his explanation and provided great tips. He was very patient with helping me and my kids make the most of our first surfing experience. We stood up and caugh the waves numerous times during the lesson and had a lot of fun. Remi also took plenty of photos, which was a really nice touch.

Absolutely worth it! Went and did the 2.5hr surf lesson Sunday arvo. Teacher was so great explaining everything very well and really positive, got up on the surf board within the first 10min of being in the water and I’ve never touched a surf board prior to this

For your Australiana Package please meet us at the North Burleigh Surf Club 293 The Esplanade Miami at 8:30 am for your FREE transfer to the best learn to surf beach on the day! Please note we will drop you at the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary at 12pm ready for lunch and some exploring. (You will have to transfer yourself back to your accommodation once you have finished at the sanctuary. We recommend utilising the bus transport that stops out the front of the sanctuary.
Please note we are licensed at a number of surfing locations and will pick the best beach for learning to surf for your lesson depending on the conditions on the day!
Please note all of our group surf lessons and camps require a minimum of 4 guests booked into run on any given day.
With your accommodation, you will also be given a bike to explore the island with.
Basic swimming capability is needed, especially when you gain more confidence as a surfer. But don’t worry you will be supervised at all times.
From 5yrs to 105yrs everyone is welcome to enjoy the thrill of surfing. 17yrs and under will require an adult to join them. A reasonable level of fitness is required.
We require a minimum of 4 people and a maximum of 10 people so we can give you all close attention.
We cater for vegetarians, and for all other dietary requirements, we have got you covered, just let us know beforehand.

Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation.
Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
