The pilot (Brad) gave us a call one hour before departure to confirm the flight time due to wet weather. That’s excellent customer service. Take off and landing were perfect and smooth. He was informative and professional about the reefs. Highly recommend to my friend and family.

One of the best experiences you could ever do whilst at Cairns and highly recommend it. Our pilot Dave was an absolute legend. He was courteous and patient and made sure we were ok before, during and after the flight. Don’t skip this amazing experience on your holiday.

Our day started off with the Reef flight, which was absolutely spectacular on a perfect clear day. The views from the plane were stunning. Our pilot was also very friendly with a good sense of humour. Overall, would recommend flying if you would like to get a good view of the reef and the islands.

We booked the helicopter ride for Whitehaven beach and sharing the glimpse of what an amazing experience we had with one of their talented pilot Luke. Breathtaking views, the ride and lovely Whitsundays❤️❤️❤️ Also I must say that Luke was thorough with the landscape and the way he guided the whole tour was amazing. He also helped us in clicking lovely captures over the beach with our ride. Lifetime memories, the team was also so helpful in pick-up and drop and also letting us know some amazing spots to cover during our visit. Thanks team and keep up the good work. The staff were very kind to wait for us as we arrived late due to transport complications. Absolutely amazing flight over the most beautiful reef, got to see plenty of marine wildlife, very fun experience landing the plane. The pilot then drove us over to Cairns airport as part of the service.
