5 months agoSuch a great day on Fitzroy Island. Spent most of the day in the water snorkelling. Conditions were perfect, calm and clear. Saw green sea turtles, stingrays, so many different fish and corals. Was such a beautiful experience for our family. So glad my kids (5 & 11yrs) got to see these things up close in the wild.

5 months agoIt was a great experience with lots of activities water, but theday i went the underwater observatory was closed, a bit sad. Snokerling was fun, spend around 4 hours for my water activity. They took me a lot of pictures, I love them but the more pics you like the more money you spend. It was $30/pic. Lunch buffet was good, lots of choices, love tropical fruits 🥰❤️.

7 months agoFerry was pretty good. Friendly staff and the boat is well looked after. Even had a free coffee there for you before departure, and motion sickness pills available for sale if you need them. Don't hire the snorkeling gear though. It's absolutely junk. Go spend the extra couple of dollars and buy your own. Even the cheap gear will be higher quality. If we hadn't hired the snorkeling gear I'd have given them 5 stars in a heartbeat.

2 months agoWe had Reef and Fitzroy island cruise with Sunlover. The staff was amazing except Jack, who was rude and condescending when I asked him at the pontoon that I needed to buy a towel from the ship and if he can assist me.He told me that he was needed at the pontoon and wished me luck in finding assistance for that in a most lurid way.The buffet on the ship was all cold meat and under average Sri Lankan chicken coconut curry,If you happen to be a vegan or vegetarian, you are on your own. my daughter felt sick after eating the food and had stomach cramps for two days. The staff was very diligent and knew what they were doing. They were very patient with us on the guided snorkelling tours and offered every sort of assistance asked of them.

9 months agoWhat an experience! The tour was incredibly well-organized. Hats off and big hugs to all the crew members. They knew exactly what they had to do and proactively helped each member onboard. While we were reaching the pontoon, a few of us had sea sickness, but the crew managed it very well. I would strongly recommend taking a tablet 30 minutes before you board. There was a lot to do upon arrival at the pontoon. We had a helmet sea walk, which was very well managed, and the instructions were crisp and clear. The water slide was the only one, but it was so much fun that we did it again and again. My 7-and-a-half-year-old daughter really enjoyed it. The guided snorkeling was a must-do, especially for those who don't know how to swim. Ted, our guide, was an amazing guy. He helped us and took great care of us throughout the activity. Buffet lunch was decent, with a few options for vegetarians and vegans. The vessel and bathroom were clean and tidy. The photographer on board made the trip even more memorable. He had excellent skills, and on our way back, we were amazed to see our photos. These memories will last a lifetime. Thank you so much to entire crew for giving us such a wonderful experience. It will be etched in our memories forever.
