• FREE choice of snorkelling gear or a glass bottom boat tour needs to choose at the time of purchase.
• Boarding commences at 8.15 am with final boarding at 8.45 am from Cairns Reef Fleet Terminal and the tour returns at 1 pm
• Guests will receive a text message the afternoon prior to departure with berth number and vessel as well as a link to a map directing them to the correct location.

What To Bring: Swimmers, Towel, Hat, Sunglasses, Sunscreen, Change of clothes, Extra cash or credit card for onboard purchases

Child Policy: 4 years to 14 years inclusive. Infants 0-3 years are free of charge but must be included when booking. All guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult

Family Policy: 2 adults (+15 years) & 2 children. Family rates do not apply to group bookings

GROUPS - Tour Leader Policy: 1 x FOC bona fide guide/language assistant per 15-30 paying customers, 2 x FOC bona fide guides for groups of 31+ pax

CHRISTMAS DAY: Big Cat may not be operating on 25th December 2022. If this should change, a notification will be distributed

• A cancellation fee of 100% will apply if less than 24 hours notice is given prior to departure. Some services may be cancelled or modified as a result of weather/ tidal conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
• In the rare event that Big Cat Green Island Cruises needs to cancel, the guest will be provided with an alternate day or travel, offered another Experience Co product, or a full refund.

If the booking needs to be first confirmed by the host, you will receive your Amazed voucher within 24-48 hours of purchase.
