He definitely made the whole journey fun and exciting! Orlando was also particularly helpful in terms of processing any requests that I had. Overall, I recommend them if it’s your first time going to Great Ocean! ❤️

3 months agoWe did a Private Tour comprising our family of 6 adults and 3 children with Hit the Road Tours from 07 Dec 2023 to 19 Dec 2023, touring various destinations in Victoria according to our own planned itinerary. From the planning phase with Orlando to the actual itinerary itself, we were extremely pleased and satisfied with the services provided! During the planning phase, Orlando was very proactive and prompt towards answering our queries and providing constructive suggestions, which facilitated our itinerary planning. When it came to the actual tour itself, we were guided by Orlando, Peter, Dimitry, Neil and Rio who were very professional and patient towards our family, which we greatly appreciated considering our slower movement and uncertainties when it comes to travelling with young children. A special shout out to Peter who spent the most time with us and made us exceptionally welcomed with his friendliness and warm hospitality! 2 weeks agoMy wife found this tour “Great Ocean Road Reverse Itinerary PREMIUM Tour” with Hot The Road Tours. We took this tour on 3/29. We easily communicated with the tour operator. We were fortunate to be in a location for 1st pick-up. Our driver Jimmy Chan was absolutely outstanding. Along our drive a kangaroo jumped in front of our van, no one or roo was injured. We saw a wallaby sitting next to a families post box, just watching us pass by and we saw about a dozen sleeping koalas. Jimmy said it was certainly unusual to see all three during a tour. Jimmy was very helpful, shared good information about the places we were traveling to, guided us through the rain forest trail, and more importantly…communicated bathroom breaks and their location at the stops. We traveled with a wonderful family and enjoyed ourselves immensely. Only suggestion would be having internet available while on the tour otherwise, Jimmy, thank you for a memorable tour experience.

4 months agoAmazing experience from start till the end. The 10 seats bus was modern and very clean. The guide driver Yannis (John) was very knowledgeable and accommodating. We learned a lot of new things during his stories. We visited all 12 Apostles and then other attractions on the road with the highlight of making stops to see koalas and kangaroos in their natural habitat. Highly recommended tour. 4 months agoGreat tour. The Great Ocean Road Reverse direction tour is key as you are doing the loop in the opposite direction of most tours so you avoid the crowds.
