The place is great for family gatherings either indoor or outdoor. However, the service level really needs to improve, given there were not many people there at around 3:00pm Sunday, the serving speed was ridiculously slow. Took 25 mins to get us a cup of coffee and 37 mins to get few slices of cake that were just sitting in the fridge to be picked up.

I was great experience to do the tour and wine tasting. Got the see the place, process machines and learn about the process of making different kinds of wines. All wines tasted nice, we really enjoyed all the 5 wines we got to taste and even bought some to take home. We also enjoyed our lunch listening to some live music. Definitely going back there with my whole family because the place is also kids friendly with a lot of outdoor sitting. Thanks to the friendly and kind staff.

My first ever wine. Me and Charlotte did a wine tasting experience, which I loved. Dan was amazing! It was only 10$. So cheap! Something I’ve always wanted to do, and loved it.

Wonderful atmosphere and really helpful friendly staff. You can tell everyone likes working here which creates a great vibe. The food was very very delicious and honestly there were no negatives in any way. Can’t wait till next time!

I can highly recommend taking a tour of Sirromet winery and the wine tasting. My Swiss friend and I enjoyed the experience. We also enjoyed a two course meal afterwards which was lovely. It is relaxing and interesting venue with character and charm. A great find on the outskirts of Brisbane.

For health and safety reasons all participants taking the tour must wear fully enclosed, flat shoes. Ladies high heel shoes are not permitted on the tour
This a tour of a real, working winery. Due to the seasonal nature of this production facility, we cannot guarantee that all sections will be operating or accessible during your tour. Please note that access may be restricted during harvest time each year.

Cancellation Policy

If an online booking has been purchased via gift voucher, any kind of redeemable coupon from a third party site, the voucher is deemed as “used” at the point of sale. If a cancellation occurs more than 7 days prior to the booking, the voucher will not be refunded however the customer may reschedule the booking.
Changes to bookings made via coupons or vouchers from a third-party site under 7 days, will have to pay a rebooking fee.
Cancellations within 48 hours of departure are charged 50% of the booking cost.
Cancellation within 24 hours, or failure to notify, will forfeit the full price of the Tour and any vouchers will be deemed as “used”.
We reserves the right to cancel or reroute any tour due to acts of nature, Production restrictions, insufficient number of participants or unforeseen circumstances that would hinder our ability to run a tour. If are not unable to provide you with another tour that is satisfactory, all money paid will be refunded and shall constitute full settlement to you. We are not responsible for any additional expenses that may be incurred by a guest in relation to a canceled tour.
