• We have an 18+ policy on our public tours. If you have 8 or more people for a private tour, you are welcome to bring minors.
• Appropriate seating must be provided by yourself for infants.
  
• If your pick up location is not within 8kms of the city centre, you MUST enquire before booking online. 
  
• If you are booking within 48 hours of the tour you MUST enquire about your pick up location prior to booking.
  
• Our bus can cater for up to 13 passengers per bus. If you book in advance with a private tour, we can cater for larger groups by either using multiple buses or hiring a larger bus. 
  
• We accept bookings of 1 to 13 passengers. If you are a small group we will try to put you on the bus with other people for a more enjoyable day. You will need a minimum of 8 passengers for your tour to be a private booking.
  
• You are allowed to transport home bottles that you may have purchased on your tour but there is no open alcohol or consumption of alcohol allowed on the bus while stationary or driving. 

Due to the time and organization involved in touring, The Vino Bus reserves the right to charge a tour cancellation fee to cover cost and losses. The following fees are applicable:​

• Within 24 hours - 100% of tour cost
  
• 24 hours to 4 days notice - 50% of tour cost 
  
• 5 to 20 days notice - 10% of tour cost
  
• 20 days+ notice - full refund

Your voucher(s) and booking information will be included in the confirmation email you will receive shortly after purchasing the experience on Amazed.com.

If the booking needs to be first confirmed by the host, you will receive your Amazed voucher within 24-48 hours of purchase.
