In case you can no longer make your flight on the day and would like to cancel your flight, a $100.00 cancellation fee gets deducted from the total refund amount.
If you would like to reschedule your flight we ask that you do so with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Within this window our full refund policy applies.
On the day if deem the conditions to no longer be safe to fly, Bekaa Air customers can either reschedule to any other day or receive a 100% refund. If the weather is marginal (aka safe to fly but degrades the experience, eg when it’s raining) we can offer full refund or to reschedule your flight to an other day.
We can not offer any refunds for no-shows.

6 months agoThe crew at Bekaa Air were amazing. We celebrated an anniversary with a helicopter winery tour. Everything was taken care of, the team were very helpful, constantly making adjustments to make sure our day was as near to perfect as possible. Communication from the pilots leading up to the trip was excellent, we had nothing to do except turn up and drink wine. Our pilot Naomi was amazing offering great insights into the working of the helicopter, trivia about the wineries, and just being a very knowledgeable tour guide. For us this was a quite extravagant experience but it was well worth the money. We cannot wait for another opportunity to do another helicopter tour with Bekaa Air.

3 months agoWe had our flight and were so keen we arrived extremely early. We sat in the air-conditioned lounge and watched a number of planes and helicopters coming and going. Perav arrived and took us to the helicopter and gave us a thorough safety briefing. Then it was into the air and the fantastic views you get because of the extra large perspex doors and windows. We flew over many suburbs, the city and Mt Cootha. I t was fantastic to look at the city from a different perspective and great views. Perav gave us a running co.mentry and answered the questions we asked. I highly recommend this to any visitor to Brisbane.

3 months agoWe had an absolutely amazing day with Naomi as our pilot. She made our experience comfortable, safe and fun. The experience of seeing the Gold Coast from the air and landing at a winery and two beer pub locations in the mountain district was fantastic. Our group felt like rockstars as we made our way from the helicopter to our table and back. What gorgeous views we saw as we landed four different times during our day. If you want to see a lot of area in a relatively short amount of time, this is a great way to do it. Be sure and ask for Naomi. She's the best! I can assure you that a glass of wine or cold beer tastes better when you fly in to drink it!
