Fun time, friendly and accommodating staff, the cruise was interesting, with some funny commentary. The Koala sanctuary was a great experience for people of all ages.

Fabulous day out! My son and I had a thoroughly enjoyable day with a gentle and informative cruise up the river. Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary was beautifully kept and I loved that you could see the animals were well cared for (although still not a fan of the small cages for captive flying birds). Despite a large number of visitors it didn’t feel cramped or too busy. After 3 hours there, which was plenty of time, it was back on the boat for the return leg back down the river, this was peaceful and relaxing. We had great weather too which obviously helps! Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Highly recommend.

Had a lovely cruise down. The river and back to the lone pine Koala sanctuary. Tickets included morning tea which was real cappuccino in a mug with generous portions of a delicious banana bread. The return trip includes a glass of wine and a lovely wine as cheeses platter. Staff were friendly and the commentary while on the cruise was interesting.

Lovely cruise enjoying the sunshine on our journey up the river to Lone pine. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the captain was particularly funny with his commentary (as was the pre recorded commentary)! Good value with the ticket to the sanctuary also included. Staff did remind you that the koala holds were not included in the ticket price should this be something you wished to do and directed you to ways to book this if you hadn’t already. Suggested itinerary’s and talks/shows to watch were also provided which was a nice touch. Overall a really enjoyable, pleasant day who’d we’d highly recommend!

We’ve been on this cruise half a dozen times, usually taking visiting family with us. We joined the cruise again yesterday and everyone loved it. Friendly crew and beautiful views along the river make for a great day. Thanks to Mark and the team.
