• This tour requires a minimum of 2 participants to run. Bookings of less than 2 can be made, however, the tour will not be confirmed unless the minimum number is met.
• Segway riders must be between 45kg – 117kg (100lb – 258lb). Unfortunately, people outside of these weights are unable to participate in our tours.
• Segway riders must be at least 12 years old to participate. We recommend this activity for people between the age of 12 to 55 years old. Riders under the age of 18 years will need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. If you are above the age of 55, you should be aware that if you fall from a Segway you are at an increased risk of injury.
• People who are pregnant should not participate in a Segway tour. This is for their own safety and the safety of their child.
• Segway riding is a fun and adventurous activity and should not be viewed as a mobility assistance activity. We ask that people who join our tours are in good physical health.

• We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. This means that you are able to cancel or change your booking with us, until 24 hours prior to the start of your tour.
• If you cancel or change your booking within 24 hours of the tour start time you will  not be entitled to a refund.
