If you have your own means of transportation, we offer the flexibility to meet you at either end of the trail. Mooball, located at the Crabbes Creek end, is the preferred meeting place due to its convenient parking options and trail layout, providing easy access to refreshments along the way. When making your booking, kindly inform us of your preferred end of the trail.
Our usual meeting time is around 10:00am, allowing us to equip you with your E-bike and all the necessary gear for an unforgettable day. In the event that you choose to ride in one direction and prefer not to return, we offer a convenient shuttle service for an additional $35 per person (minimum of 2 people for shuttle).
Rest assured, our priority is to ensure your utmost convenience and satisfaction throughout the experience. Let us handle the logistics while you focus on enjoying your "Best Day Ever" on the trail.
NOTE: You may ride if you: weigh less than 136kg / are 2 years of age or above (you must be able to comfortably wear one of our helmets) / are not pregnant / are not under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs / are not wearing a hard cast / have signed permission from a parent or guardian if under 18 years of age / have signed our Waiver.

a month agoDid the rail trail self-guided tour with these guys. Nice quality bikes with top components, as advertised. Great workout, and the rail trail was cool. Substantial art gallery along the way and a long tunnel, which was novel. All in all pleasant to deal with and pick up shuttle was convenient and on time. Can recommend them.

4 months agoWe have such an awesome glow worm trail ride with Campbell. It was a highlight of our trip! Campbell was super accomodating, the e-bikes were easy and fun to use and the glow worm tunnel was spectacular, as was the countryside. Hugely recommend to anyone in the area!! A really nice way to see some of the hinterland, and a fun way to spend an evening!

2 months agoBest activity to do in Byron bay and what would be better option than choosing Better by bikes. The service is very professional, pick up and drop off was provided. Bikes are smooth as Butter. The best day of my life, they definitely kept their promise.

8 months agoHad the best day ever! Was picked up by Matt from our campsite and taken to a beautiful spot in the Australian countryside- about 20 mins from central Byron Bay. The track was flat and wide and got both some sunlight and shade across the 2 hour trip. We stopped half way in a gorgeous cafe with farm animals and had brisket burgers and ice creams. The e bikes were comfortable and easy to use as we hadn’t used them before. After the trip we were picked up and dropped back to the Byron bay campsite in a very luxurious van! Such a beautiful way to spend a day. Thanks so much Matt for a memorable day.

11 months agoWhat an amazing way to see parts of Australia by E-bike. Matt was super accommodating, picking us up from our BNB in Byron Bay and talking us through the trails on our journey to the start line. Once we reached the end, Matt checked in on us and gave us the opportunity to ride back once we wrapped up lunch or he would drive us back, we choose to ride back of course! Then to top off an amazing day, for an extra $50 each, we took the bikes over night and cycled up to the lighthouse, watched the sunset and cruised around Byron Bay. Such an awesome idea and looking forward to the extention of the bike trails in the near future.
