Who Can Fly?
We welcome flyers who:
Are aged 3-103;
Are not pregnant;
Are not under the influence of alcohol or non-prescription drugs;
Are not wearing a hard plaster cast;
Does not suffer from any neck, back or heart conditions;
Has not previously suffered a dislocated shoulder;
Has signed our Statement of Risk waiver form;
Is accompanied by an adult if under 18 years of age;
Are under 135kg*;
Comply with current Public Health Orders and relevant regulations.
Please understand that the risk of injury or death from indoor skydiving is significantly greater for people who exceed the weight limit above.

*Flyers over our standard weight** limit but under 136kg may fly provided a second experienced instructor is available to take the flight. The second experienced instructor must be requested at least 7 days prior to the flight date and will incur a $30 fee. The High Fly add-on is not available to those over our standard weight limit. All other terms and conditions apply.

**iFLY Downunder: The standard weight limit is 118kg.
**iFLY Gold Coast: If you are under 180cm the standard weight limit is 105kg;
If you are over 180cm the standard weight limit is 115kg;
Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

What to Wear.
Wear casual, comfortable clothes, anything you'd wear on a normal day. We recommend lace-up, closed-toe shoes.
No need to change once you get here, you'll put on your flight suit on top of what you wear to the tunnel.
Please remove loose-hanging items, such as earrings, necklaces, bracelets, watches, rings, and hair accessories.
Also, you should remove everything from your pockets prior to flying.

Flying is Safe and Fun for Everyone.
Safety is the most important part of a great flight experience. So when you fly, we'll be right by your side guiding your movement. All our instructors have trained long and hard to make sure you fly safe and have the time of your life.
To prevent dangerous wind speeds, participants must weigh less than 136kg
Women who are pregnant should not fly.
People with recent back, neck, and heart issues should check with a doctor before flying.
iFLY recommends that anyone with prior shoulder dislocations should not fly.

• You may reschedule your flight free of charge with a minimum of 48 hours notice by emailing info@ifly.com.au or calling 1300 435 966.
  
• Rescheduling within 48 hours will incur a fee of $30 per person up to a maximum of $150 for every 30 minutes booked
  
• If you want to reschedule but do not know when you want to fly, you may call us to postpone your booking. You must contact us again within 3 months of postponing your booking to select your new flight date. If you do not contact us, your booking will be void and no refunds will be issued. 
  
• There is no charge to transfer the flight to a friend - this can be done on arrival.
  
• iFLY reserves the right to cancel flights at short notice due to mechanical failure, unscheduled repairs, maintenance or anything outside of our control.
  
• In the event that iFLY does cancel your booking, it will be rescheduled at the next available timeslot. No refund will be available.
  
• There will be no refund for cancellations made by the customer.
  
• If you fail to arrive for your flights, your booking will be void and no refunds will be issued.
  
• iFLY does not offer refunds, wholly or partially. Please make sure you agree to the Terms & Conditions before purchasing your flight.
  
• Cancellations require 48 hours’ notice. Such reservations may only be rescheduled under the same terms as the original reservation’s pricing and applicable restrictions. As a courtesy, iFLY may elect to reschedule such cancellations, but shall do so at its sole discretion and may require the payment of an administrative fee.
  
• Customers with repeated cancellations or no-shows may lose flight privileges.
  iFLY cannot be held responsible for missed reservations as a result of extenuating circumstances such as transportation, weather, nor any other reason outside of the control of iFLY, nor for expenses related to scheduled reservations.
  
• If you have been affected by COVID19, please contact us to reschedule your booking online with the our standard Rescheduling & Cancellation terms above, or to discuss an extention of your gift voucher.
