• All Red Baron aircraft are subject to maximum height and weight limits. To fly in the Extra plane, height must not exceed 190cm (6'4′′), and weight must not exceed 110kg (242lbs). To fly in the open cockpit, Pitts Special bi-plane passengers height must not exceed 190cm (6'4′′), and weight must not exceed 90kg (198lbs).
• Passengers must be in good physical health. If you have a physical disability, please let us know in advance so we can ensure we have the facilities you will require to access the aircraft and enjoy your flight.
• Passengers under the age of 18 must-have explicit parental consent.
• Passengers are not permitted to carry anything with them on the flight.
• Passengers will not be permitted to fly if they are under the influence of drugs or alcohol. This assessment is made at the pilot's discretion and is not open for discussion. The pilot's word is final.

• Red Baron vouchers are not refundable.
• Once a Red Baron voucher has expired, it has been deemed as forfeited. 
• Red Baron vouchers are fully transferable at an administration fee of $30.
• If you need to change a reservation, 24 hours notice is required prior to the scheduled flight time.
• If a passenger fails to honour a flight booking by not showing up for the scheduled flight time, a 50% rebooking fee will apply.
• The flight will only be rebooked once the rebooking fee has been paid. No refunds on flight experiences will be given in this instance.
• If a passenger cancels a flight within 24 hours of your scheduled flight time, a 50% rebooking fee will apply. The flight will only be rebooked once the rebooking fee has been paid. No refunds on flight experiences will be given in this instance.
• If you are ill on the day of the flight, please call us as soon as possible. Under certain circumstances, if a doctor’s certificate is supplied, we may be able to reschedule your flight and waive the rebooking fee.
• If the weather is not suitable for your flight, we will call the primary contact person to reschedule the flight time.
• If a flight is cancelled due to intoxication of drugs or alcohol, the flight experience is immediately forfeited and the ‘rebooking fee’ applies. For information on the rebooking fee, please see our cancellation policy.
