8 months agoI had a fantastic experience at Codered Laser Skirmish, largely thanks to Justin. His friendly attitude, hardworking nature, and helpfulness made my visit truly enjoyable. Justin often handled everything alone, showcasing remarkable organization skills. While the facilities were decent, it's worth noting that they might benefit from a renovation soon, as some elements appeared a bit aged. Nonetheless, the kids had a blast, and the clean toilets and convenient on-premises parking were definite perks. The only minor downside was the limited food options and slightly overpriced snacks, but this is quite common at such venues. Overall, it was a great time, and I highly recommend Codered Laser Skirmish, especially thanks to Justin's excellent service.

5 months agoPaid close to $500 for a kids party Got stuck in a 31 degree room Drinks took almost 45 mins to show up The food wasn’t delivered til the last minute, probably because it was sitting next to the front door so all the kids could touch it when leaving. Upset, thirsty, hungry and hot is not a fun kids party I highly recommend people do not book at this establishment

a month agoTerrible experience. I booked the morning missions, which is a minimum of 5 games in 2 hours. In 2 hours, our group played 2 games and spent the rest of the time waiting. Then the system malfunctioned and no one in the whole centre could play at all. I asked for a partial refund but was refused, and instead offered complimentary games which I do not want due to the awful experience the first time. It's not the fault of the staff, who did their best. I understand technical issues can happen, but refusing to give a partial refund based on the games we played compared to what we paid for, is poor service.

2 months agoWe booked for a 2 hour package and paid in full. We were not given any information and still waiting 45 minutes later. When it was finally our turn, another group who has been waiting longer took precedence. We asked for a refund and had to wait another 20 minutes after arguing to have this guaranteed, since we never entered the room. They refused to refund us at the venue, and we had to email bank details. We were then told via email that they would not process our refund until we removed negative (honest) reviews about our experience. They did finally refund our group 10 days after our booking - an unpleasant experience all round.

2 months agoIf I could give 0 stars I would. We booked well in advance for a friend's birthday and paid for the 4 games in 2 hours package. When we arrived, we paid in full and were sent to stand in a hallway. We waited for 45 minutes in the hallway, before finally being let into the training area. However, right when we were about to finally play our first game, another group who had been there 90 minutes and played only 1 game complained (rightfully so) that they were due a turn. This meant we could either wait another 15 minutes (i.e. an hour before even playing 1 game) or leave. Waste of an hour (plus the 20 min drive there and back). To top it off, they refused to give us a refund on the day (in fact, knowing how long the wait was, they should not have taken our money without first letting us know of the delay). The manager rolled his eyes and shook his head when we asked that he at least guarantee in an email that we would get the refund. It took 10 days to receive the refund.
