We did the True Crime Tour lead by Jade. Even though it was an extremely hot evening, Jade made it fun. She was very knowledgeable and entertaining. Being locals, we were taken to places we had never seen and told some gruesome true stories. Highly recommend

We were taken on the True Crimes Tour of Newcastle by Nat. It was a great way to experience some of Newcastle's history. The tour was well paced and the commentary was interesting and well delivered. A very worthwhile experience.

I went on the true crime tour around The Rocks, and it was great. The guide, Jade, was very knowledgeable, entertaining, and animated. There were many great views, and interesting stories, overall an amazing experience.

Duration:- 90-100 Minutes
Frequency:- Most Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays with Extra Days during school holidays (specific start times are listed on the true crime tour calendar above).
Distance:- Approximately 2km (leisurely paced) on mostly flat terrain initially, with a couple of hills toward the ends and a set of stairs to navigate. Note:- we may alter our tour route to avoid stairs to support all guest needs.
Dress Code:- Wear comfortable footwear.

Rain and Weather:

Dark Stories will contact you via SMS or Email on the day your tour runs if there are weather issues that are likely to impact the tour.
Please be patient; inclement weather during the day often(but not always) leads to clear skies in the evenings.
Tours will usually operate under most conditions including sporadic light rain.
Dark Stories will be in touch as early as possible(at the latest 90 minutes prior to tour start times) if the tour is impacted in any way.
Dark Stories reserves the right to make the final decision to proceed or cancel an event for rain impacted days/nights.
