• Rest assured, our trikes are safe and sturdy on three wheels, and we always ride with helmets and treat safety as paramount.
  
• Children under 18 years do not require a ticket. Please add a note to your booking if children will be attending with you.  
  
• After your purchase is confirmed we will email you a confirmation.
  
  (a) It is your responsibility to ensure that you have received booking confirmation details of your ride: please notify our office immediately and prior to your ride date if you do not have this information.
  (b) In the interests of safety, you undertake to follow the instruction of the driver, comply with any local codes of conduct and act sensibly and prudently at all times. You also agree to indemnify Orange Trike Tours, it’s owners, officers and employees for all loses and/or damage arising from any act or default on your part or the part of a member of your party.
  (c) Personal belongings are taken at your own risk.
  (d) Motorcycling and trike riding is an outdoor adventure activity. Orange Trike Tours cannot be held liable for damage to clothing.

1. Required 7days cancellation notice prior to the booked date.
   
2. A $25 per person rebooking fee will be charged for ride date alterations before these 72 hours.
   
3. No refunds or ride rescheduling are allowed. You may send someone else in your place if you wish. Please let us know the name of the replacement person before the ride. 
   
4. Separate cancellation and alteration provisions apply to large groups and customized events. These are specified on the group booking documentation supplied. 
   
5. Trike rides depend on mechanical performance or staffing availability. When conditions are deemed by Orange Trike Tours to be unsuitable or unsafe to proceed, then the ride will be canceled.
   
6. In the unfortunate event that a rider must be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to any factor, Orange Trike Tours will hold payment and offer alternative dates. 
   
7. If you require a refund for a ride Orange Trike Tours has canceled, a $15 admin fee per booking applies. Any refunds will be processed in the same way as you originally paid for the ticket, otherwise extra admin fees apply. 
   
8. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable. Orange Trike Tours will not accept any liability for travel, accommodation, inconvenience, or other cost incurred or lost through such cancellations.

Your voucher(s) and booking information will be included in the confirmation email you will receive shortly after purchasing the experience on Amazed.com.

If the booking needs to be first confirmed by the host, you will receive your Amazed voucher within 24-48 hours of purchase.
