• Tours will not run on days where the fire rating is Catastrophic or Extreme, and bookings will be re-scheduled to another date or refunded
• On very hot days (33+ degrees) tour start times may be re-scheduled to a cooler time of the day. If this does not suit, bookings may be rescheduled or refunded.

• More than 7 days notice: Full refund of the Tour or Program Fee.
• Less than 7 days notice and more than 24 hours notice: 50% refund of the Tour or Program Fee.
• Less than 24 hours notice: No refund.
