Hungerford Hill's 'Epic Tasting Experience' is truly epic! From the moment we stepped foot near the cellar door my friend, parents, German Shepherd Dog and I were greeted by very welcoming cellar door hosts. The hosts were besotted with our well behaved German Shepherd. Needless to say, he impressed and received the royal treatment (and plenty of treats to boot), while we enjoyed the best wine tasting we have ever had. We were taken to a private area where we sampled a very diverse, generous and impressive selection of wines paired with delectable appetisers from the hatted Muse Restaurant. Our host, Taylor, was incredibly knowledgeable and her enthusiasm and friendliness made the experience even more enjoyable. Offering exceptional value for money and impeccable service, this tasting experience is an absolute 'must do' (a 'bucket list' item even) when visiting the Hunter Valley!

We visited Hungerford Hill when on our wine tour with Wine D Roads & it was the first winery of the day. A great start & over all our favourite winery we visited that day. We were hosted by Taylor, she was a fantastic host. She was upbeat, funny, friendly & extremely knowledgeable. I would certainly recommend visiting Hungerford Hill on your visit to Hunter Valley. We will definitely revisit.

Visited Hungerford Hill for the paired wine tasting. This was the best experience we had over the weekend. Our host was super friendly and knowledgeable. The wines and food were amazing. Loved that we could follow the recommendations or mix and match to experiment.

We visited Hungerford Hill winery on Christmas Eve with HVP wine tours. We had Chris provide us with our tasting and he was amazing and we had super fun. He was extremely knowledgable and the wine was outstanding. I would highly recommend getting a bottle of their special sparkling red - Cardinal, it’s out of this world. Thank you for a great tasting experience, we’ll be back!

Whilst visiting the Hunter Valley recently, my friend and I had a wine tasting with Chris. We had a wonderful morning tasting amazing wines accompanied with Chris’s extraordinary knowledge paired with his unique wit and humour. Thank you Chris for kickstarting my birthday celebrations, we had an enjoyable visit and look forward to visiting again 😊 PS I’m really enjoying my Liqueur Muscat, it’s my absolute favourite thing to drink.
