6 months ago(3.5 stars) Bollito Pasta has moved out of the Old Wyong Milk Factory, which, despite a thriving cafe, had a whiff of faded tourist attraction about it. I picked up pasta instead at their West Gosford store, however I did pick up a slightly pricy sapphire blue cheese ($16.50/150grams) from Little Creek at this old milk factory store. They happily give out free samples wearing a mask and gloves, but only of their own cheeses, not for example, the hard goat milk cheese you can see in the fridge.

2 months agoI couldn't even buy cheese here if I wanted to, I tried to initiate an interaction with the older gent behind the counter, it would have been more pleasant running into the wall face first. I asked what they had at the moment, he rattled off the list I could plainly see, I followed up with what his favourite would be then, he countered with it all depends on what's left over at the end of the day. I did try a very small piece of their cheddar which was offered when another group were in the shop. It tasted ok, not very sharp, I think there was also a hint of mould on the back palate, not really to my liking. It was awkward, I left. I will strike this one down to dodging a bullet for how much they were charging.

5 months agoFantastic cheese. I love the Bacon cheese and my wife the Fig and Walnut. Might be a small shop but the cheese is some of the very best. We have been to cheese factories and shops all around Australia, Italy, France, UK and USA and Little Creek Cheese is right up with the best.

4 months agoGarlic Cheddar - sensational Fig & Walnut Cheddar - well above average Blink and you’ll miss it; the shop is barely big enough for a twin fridge and counter to pay at. The older guy serving me was entirely obnoxious. The cheese is some of the best I’ve ever had but was also very very expensive for the size of them! The cheese is 5/5, the service is 0/5 hence 3/5 overall
