Did the rail trail self-guided tour with these guys. Nice quality bikes with top components, as advertised. Great workout, and the rail trail was cool. Substantial art gallery along the way and a long tunnel, which was novel. All in all pleasant to deal with and pick up shuttle was convenient and on time. Can recommend them.

We have such an awesome glow worm trail ride with Campbell. It was a highlight of our trip! Campbell was super accomodating, the e-bikes were easy and fun to use and the glow worm tunnel was spectacular, as was the countryside. Hugely recommend to anyone in the area!! A really nice way to see some of the hinterland, and a fun way to spend an evening!

Best activity to do in Byron bay and what would be better option than choosing Better by bikes. The service is very professional, pick up and drop off was provided. Bikes are smooth as Butter. The best day of my life, they definitely kept their promise.

Had the best day ever! Was picked up by Matt from our campsite and taken to a beautiful spot in the Australian countryside- about 20 mins from central Byron Bay. The track was flat and wide and got both some sunlight and shade across the 2 hour trip. We stopped half way in a gorgeous cafe with farm animals and had brisket burgers and ice creams. The e bikes were comfortable and easy to use as we hadn’t used them before. After the trip we were picked up and dropped back to the Byron bay campsite in a very luxurious van! Such a beautiful way to spend a day. Thanks so much Matt for a memorable day.

We had the best experience at the glow worm trail ride with Campbell. It was the highlight of our entire trip. Campbell was amazing, and the e-bikes made the ride feel like a breeze. I look forward to riding the 24km and 132km in future with Campbell and team again.

All participants of Better By Bike are required to report to driver/guide before Ride and Shuttle, no later than the report time given on their booking confirmation details.
Before the ride a ‘Waiver’ must be completed and all participants will undergo a safety briefing.
You may ride if you: weigh less than 136kg / are 2 years of age or above (you must be able to comfortably wear one of our helmets) / are not pregnant / are not under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs / are not wearing a hard cast / have signed permission from a parent or guardian if under 18 years of age / have signed our Waiver.
All experiences require the wearing of safety equipment, this is mandatory and there are no exceptions.
Better By Bike employ professional staff. They reserve the right to end an experience if they believe the participant may endanger themselves or other members of the public.
Better By Bike is not a common carrier and therefore can refuse to carry a person whose behaviour is detrimental to the enjoyment of the group. By travelling with Better By Bike you agree to accept the authority of the Driver/Guide and accept their decisions. Our staff are entitled to a safe working environment, and our passengers to a great experience. Any threats to safety, being physical or verbal, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the trip. If a Driver/Guide requires a passenger to leave the trip no refunds will be given and the passenger in question will be responsible for their own travel costs from that point.
If any member of your group has specific requirements it is vital that we receive advance notice, before the day of your Ride and Shuttle.

Cancellation Policy

If you know you will not be able to make your Ride, you may reschedule as follows:

For standard bookings with more than 24 hours’ notice, you may reschedule your Ride and Shuttle.
For standard bookings with less than 24 hours’ notice, you may not reschedule your Ride and Shuttle.
If you fail to arrive for your Ride and Shuttle, are late for your Ride and Shuttle or fail to reschedule your Ride and Shuttle within the times above, your booking will no longer be valid and you will not be entitled to a refund.

How to redeem
