About
ZigZag Whitsundays is a 1 Day tour of the Whitsunday Islands including Whitehaven Beach and a snorkel location. The Whitsunday Islands are one of the last truly unspoilt regions on the East Coast where natural attractions are a prelude to complete relaxation. Pristine and beautiful in every way, this region comprises of 74 islands in total and stretches along the coast from Mackay to Bowen. Although extremely remote, you can reach this paradise on ZigZag and explore everything this coastline has to offer. ZigZag is a 39ft Naiad with 4 engines totalling 1200 horsepower. This gives us a cruising speed of 24knotts and top speed of 48knotts. This makes the vessel a fast, yet extremely comfortable ride allowing guests of all ages and adventure levels to participate. Our full day tour of the Whitsundays takes 36 guests and includes morning tea, lunch and afternoon snacks. You will be supplied with stinger suits and snorkeling equipment onboard the boat.

a week agoAn amazing day!! Everything was planned perfectly and we had the best time. The crew were fantastic (especially Lydia and Angus) - they were so kind, friendly and informative and made time for everyone. The tour had been planned perfectly and we never felt rushed. Our boat ride was bumpy and wet but lots of fun (appreciated the spray jackets!!) loved the music too. The beaches were beautiful and it was great to do a couple of walks after snorkelling and our delicious lunch. We will absolutely be recommending ZigZag tours, thank you so much again for a fab day!

a week agoThe tour was absolutely incredible, we had fun from the very first moment while choosing our suits. Definetly recommend taking one of the jackets they offer - it's very windy out there. The crew was amazing, lunch was delicious and we all (all the eleven Snehas) had a great time. I don't even know how to swim and it was marvellous when I realised I could still admire the ocean and the coral and be surrounded by fishes of all colors and shapes while floating safely in my life jacket. This was one of the most beautiful experiences of my life. Would love to do it again and would only want to go with ZigZag. Oh, yeah, it is very bumpy in the front role, but all worth it!!!!!

a month agoWe had an amazing time on our tour. The weather wasn’t great but the staff were fabulous! The water was warm, there was an abundance of sea life, the walks to the lookouts were lovely and the views were spectacular. The boat was comfortable and lunch and snacks were provided. We’d highly recommend ZigZag for anyone looking for a day trip to the islands.

3 months agoWonderful Day Trip Snorkelling at Hook Island, amazing fish and giant clams, then walk at Hazlewood Island followed by World Famous Whitehaven Beach. All fabulous with tasty lunch. The Crew very helpful and friendly Fiona - Skipper And great information from Kacey who was doing a survey on the reef. Angus and Josh looked after us so well. Great enjoyable trip. Recommend 100%

a week agoI took a tour with those people and was amazing. Nice people and great tour I really enjoy the experience of snorkel. The guys were so friendly and now I’ve got a good memory for the rest of my life.
