I messed up my booking time for our session - the team at Tree Tops were so helpful in correcting the date, and fitting our family in. Not only did they fit us amongst two other larger bookings, the service we received (safety briefing, asking other groups to be aware of us whilst on the course, and checking in with us after each run) was amazing….. I was blown away! The activity was fun, the service made it even better!

This was such a fantastic experience! Our assistant, Brie, was such an amazing help and has such a beautiful energy and way with children 🙏 My husband, and children (13, 11, 9 and 5 years) took part 💚 My 5 year old did all 4 of the younger children's courses, and the older children went with my husband to complete the green and blue courses 💚 Everyone had so much fun! Thank you 🥰

Our 3 & 5 year old LOVED their time on the ropes course. All the staff were lovely, Tom did a fantastic job explaining to the kids how it all worked. Within a few goes they both were off and happy to do it independently. They were capable of completing 3 of the junior courses, and were happy to keep repeating them. I reccomend getting an early timeslot with younger kids. Now my kids keeps asking when they can go and climb the trees again ^_^ In my opinion this is a much better option budget wise and experience wise than the Big Banana park if you are deciding what to do while in the area with kids.

Great fun adventure at treetops located in Coffs Harbour. Would recommend for all ages. Levels range from beginner to expert which was all covered. Do not recommend expert on your first time here.

Was such an amazing experience. The location is so beautiful. Great tree coverage from the sun aswell. The vibe was adventure. The instructors were extremely friendly. Hubby and 8 year old went up while I sat and watched. Booked online no issues.
