4 weeks agoI didn't get the chance to go on a whale tour with them because it was off-season, but it's definitely worth visiting their store. They have amazing stuff, great books, and by supporting locals, you're also supporting the community. You'll have a great time, and the person in charge is incredibly nice and helpful. Thanks so much for the experience!

9 months agoPrefer small tour groups with less frills then book with these people. Quick trip, encountered whales all in 3.5 hours. Staff friendly and informative. We were lucky with near perfect conditions. One for 4he buckwt list!

2 years agoMy partner and I chose to see the whales with Pacific Whale Foundation and we were blown away by the knowledge of our ever-chipper guide (Darcy) and the great knowledge our captain (Andrew) had as well. Being able to see the whales up close in their environment and the lovely commentary along the way was just superb. We went in the afternoon tour time (2-5pm) and the sunset over the water was simply magical. I'd highly, highly recommended choosing to go with Pacific Whale Foundation for anyone including families wanting to experience the whales up close as the value for money and experience had was worth it!

5 years agoFantastic whale watch company. Great wee boat..very comfy seats. Small numbers. Very informative commentary & helpful friendly crew. The whales didn't want to 'play' with us on the day we went but have experienced close encounters other times. We still saw whales though ☺ Great experience...great, great, great! (using the staff members adjectives! 😂)

a year agoBest whale watching tour! Learned a lot about Hervey Bay and the whales. And after spotted some, Jason drove us near but not too near to them. One of the whale even swam underneath the boat. Definitely recommended. Did the tour twice.
