Picked up this used Street Bob from Abe and his service was second to none. I travelled 6 hours to pick this bike up and nothing was to hard. Great communication throughout and a positive experience. Also Louie in F&I is a real genuine bloke aswell. I already had insurance organised and after a chat and no pressure I cancelled and went with Harley for my insurance. All the staff were very friendly and I was there 1.5 hours before opening time and the Dealer Principle even came out and had a chat to me which was something that I really appreciated. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Thank you very much lads for getting me onto my 2023 FXLRS. Within days they had the stock pipes swapped out and ready for me to bus it down from N.E Victoria and ride it back. I took the long way home and still wanted more when I got back :)

Not 1 star NO STARS. Craig I’m service is a rude and arrogant person. He needs his baby bottle and a clue. Yes sir DONT TOUCH MY BIKE. Your grubbie hands don’t deserve to touch my beautiful bike. Try to charge me for a full for when my bike was not even diagnosed. Absolute moron who puts blame on others. Quoted me a full indicator when I just needed a cap. Then had the audacity to mock me for having a minor incident on my bike for the first time ever since 2015 x3 other service shops have said all I need is 2 new for tubes and my internals are fine. Yet Craig insists without actually assessing anything that I need to pay 2000$ for new forks. Stay away from this place! Guys in spare parts are cool. But stay away from service…. UPDATE. Repaired with a local mechanic for 1000. Craige waited 5000$ somthing bucks all up. He is a conman. All he had to do was order the parts I wanted and put them on. He insisted ripping me off. Thanks Craige.

I was visiting Melbourne for a holiday and decided to see what a big Harley Davidson dealership looks like. I've occasionally thought about getting a Harley in the future. There's a massive range of new and used bikes available, so I was able to sit on a dozen or so to get an idea of what kind of Harley I'd like. Steve was really helpful, answered all my questions and gave me plenty of advice, even though he knew I was visiting and wouldn't be buying a bike. If I lived near Melbourne and was in the market for a Harley, I'd seriously consider buying one from these guys.
