Breakfast - Complete the experience with a delicious Prosecco breakfast after the flight. In the King Valley, we breakfast at Patricia's Table, Brown Brothers Milawa Vineyard. In Mansfield, we breakfast at Mansfield Coffee Merchant which is a local institution as good as any upmarket cafe in Melbourne. 2 years agoHighly recommend gold rush ballooning. The staff were super friendly and the entire experience was very well managed from start to finish. They have a pretty cool camera rig set up so you get a cool shot of the group in the balloon. I took my partner as a surprise for her birthday, she loved it. It's a very early start but highly worth it. Bring sunglasses! My only regret.
