My hopes were exceeded by Cooee Tours Golf Tour. It was a golfer's paradise with its lovely courses, attentive staff, and flawless management.

Scammers or Disorganized? Booked a wine tour for 2 people. During the booking process the form asks where we are staying, I assumed this was for a pickup. Website doesn't list a designated pickup location. Confirmation email doesn't list a designated pickup location. Called the tour company several times and finally spoke with a person who identified themselves as a driver for the company. Was told that the tour was likely to be cancelled due to weather. Later on received a text to say the tour was being cancelled. Asked about a refund and was told one would be issued. Other than the text message, never received an email confirmation that the tour was being cancelled. The day after the cancelled tour, received an email thanking us for taking the tour. Most likely an auto generated email. So why no auto generated email to notify of tour cancellation? Have not been able to reach anyone at Cooee Tours since. Ghosted. Crossing my fingers for an actual refund. Update: company did refund

WORST SERVICE EVER I could not recommend Cooee Tours less. I have never seen a company run so poorly without any kind of apology or acknowledgement of their horrendous service. We originally booked them for an event which was paid for in full where they forgot to schedule in our trip meaning that they didn’t have a bus available when we were supposed to leave. It took them three hours to find us a driver and then sent a bus that was too small so we had people sitting in the aisle and on laps. The vineyard we attended also said they had this happen multiple time with the same company and had to stay open late for us to enjoy our experience there. After saying they would provide a full refund, they then only reimbursed half the value of the trip. They also said that if we booked with them again that we’d receive a 50% discount next time. We should have learnt our lesson but tried booking with them again recently only for them to tentatively book us in then ghosting us for 3 days and completely ignoring all calls, texts and emails. We had to call from different mobiles for them to pick up our call to which the owner provided two completely different medical reasons to two different people for not having responded to our previous attempts of contact. He then provided the office number for us to call where we couldn’t get through to which he replied ‘they must be busy’ and that he ‘also couldn’t get through’. Thankfully we ended up going with a different company who were very professional. Cooee is run so poorly and a hopeless excuse for a tour company. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere when looking for bus hire.

Just returned from a great tour to Cooee . Jeff was fantastic with the careful driving at the same time, providing an amazing wealth of information. He was ever so patient and waited for us as we took endless photos of the beautiful landscape. Thoroughly enjoyed the tour which we could not have if we have to figure the way there ourselves and able to see the Tasman Arch, Devil’s Kitchen and the Remarkable Cave and all the sights without the stress.I really very glad for their awesome services.
