My partner and I had a wonderful experience with this company. The team did an excellent job explaining everything and ensured we had the best experience possible. During our flight, we were treated to a stunning sunrise over Hunter Valley from above the clouds—it was truly memorable. I've noticed some complaints about helping the team pack up the balloon, but honestly, it's a simple task that anyone on board can manage. There's no need to employ extra staff for a job that takes just 5 minutes, which would only increase the cost of this fantastic experience. I'd be more than happy to lend a hand again next time! The breakfast was absolutely fantastic—so many options to choose from! A big thank you to the team. I would definitely recommend them!

Professional team, excellent experience. Got the photos on the same day afternoon after the sunrise Ballon flying. Our breakfast package is in Rydges Resort Hotel which is tasty. Highly recommended. They rotate the balloon during sunrise to make sure all passengers can get a nice picture of the sun. Very caring and sweet - Fly with Nathan on 3 April 2024, we love him.

Our ballooning experience earlier this week was phenomenal! As the conditions were great we went up 4000 feet, and it was serene smooth sailing of the skies taking in stunning Hunter Valley views. This was on my bucketlist since I was a child and it really exceeded my expectations. Our instructor Nathan was lovely and very capable with 17 years experience, so he was also full of interesting insights. Highly recommend to everyone!

I went hot air ballooning for my birthday and it was a great experience! Nathan was our pilot who was so friendly and patient. He took the time to explain the logistics of the balloon and also throughout the flight provided us with some insights into wineries. Breath taking views and probably is best to go during spring/summer! We stayed at Rydges and thats where the meeting point was. Be ready to have an early morning as need to leave the hotel by 4:30am! We arrived back for breakfast after the flight around 7am. Buffet breakfast with great options and champagne also was available. Definitely something that everyone should try once as it is memorable and totally worth it!

Highly Recommended!! Our pilot Steve he was very professional and entertaining. He made sure our trip was enjoyable. The sunrise view was amazing, the whole flight was very safe and the landing was super smooth. Breakfast at Rydges was one of the best buffets I have ever had especially the Apple & caramel muffins with champagne on top. Photos are free of cost too. I would definitely recommend flying with them.
