Awaken Tours was created to give people a break from the usual, and get out in nature, on a relaxing and unrushed day trip. The Dandenong Ranges provides a beautiful setting for this, with its majestic eucalyptus and fern tree forest. It is also the setting for a very unique and special place called the William Ricketts Sanctuary, where sculptures of Aboriginal people are embedded in the forest. The sculptures tell the story of Aboriginal culture and spirituality and invite us to look within. In recent times, and as a result of enquiries from customers, private and fully customisable tours are also available. Some of the popular destinations include Dandenong Ranges, Yarra Valley, Mornington Peninsula and Daylesford.
