PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS FLORIST… I placed an online order, flowers were delivered, the recipient (and myself) were extremely disappointed. The arrangement appeared smaller than the image on their website, some of the flowers were limp, some were partially dry. I called them multiple times, calls diverted to a recording and I was unable to leave a message. I drove to the florist which was 15 minutes away from recipients house- they had closed early. I called their Sydney number & was able to leave a message. The following day I received a phone call, I told them of my complaint & was asked to send an email with photos. 24 hours passed and no reply so I called again. Spoke to another person who relayed my complaint to the manager (who would not speak to me) They said they would send another arrangement however it would not be in a box like the initial delivery- I asked why? The reply was we already received the box- they would send fresh flowers. The flowers that were delivered was a small arrangement- definitely not $75 worth!! Calling again was futile as once again there was a recording and was not able to leave a message. I had also left a message on instagram and never received a reply. Please don’t waste your money here, this business obviously does not value their clientele nor understand the meaning of offering good customer service!!

More transparency needed on website in regards to delivery times and what the actual flowers delivered will look like. I did note the *asterisk* (flowers vary daily) but the difference of what is being advertised as a "daily blooms bunch" (pic on right) is vastly different to what was delivered. Very disappointing experience.

Being a business owner myself I never write bad reviews however this time I felt obliged given the poor quality of flowers I received. I paid $165 for a bunch of flowers they advertised as large which I could have purchased from the service station for $60. The flowers look old and are different sizes to what is pictured on their website. I have supported this business in the past, however on each special occasion I have used them in the last 3 years, the quality has gotten gradually worse even though each time I gave them the benefit of doubt that they’re busy, after today’s experience I will no longer be a customer here.

The original request for my daughter in law was not delivered on the day due to an incorrect address .. the owner was very sympathetic and delivered a fresh bunch of beautiful flowers the next day and refunded my purchase in good will.
