We did the Bank Heist and it was a real battle at some points which made it all the more rewarding when we solved the last part right at the end of our time. The set-up is great inside and while we've only done one puzzle it seems there's a great spread of options for all types of groups. When we were there on a Sunday lunchtime a group of kids about 12 was finishing their experience and they all seemed to have had a great time. The staff (especially Kevin who was our main liaison) were terrific, friendly and helpful. We'll be back for sure. If you're looking for a Sydney escape room you'll definitely have fun here. Thanks to the team 🙏

I did the legend of the sword escape room with my friends as a bonding experience and it was definitely a really fun time. The room looked amazing almost as though we were actually sent back to medieval times and the puzzles were challenging yet very fun. It was great having Ilesha there as the person supervising us as she was always willing to help when we were stuck and needed a clue. Will definitely be back with more friends and family as I highly enjoyed my first escape room experience!!

Fantastic experience! I went here for a team bonding activity with my work colleague in a group of 5. John was our guide. He's provided instructions clearly and was patient with any of our questions. Originally, we purchased a Level 1 room. We completed it too quickly and John has recommended another Level 2 room for us. He prepped the room within 5 minutes and we had such a blast. There's also an area to take photos with a lot of props provided.

First time doing an Escape hunt. Service was good but a bit slow. The staff did help with clues. The ambience is not the best. They can do a better job by clearing out the clutter at the entrance. Overall a fun experience and would recommend!

This room has flashing lights so is not recommended for those with epilepsy.
All indoor escape room bookings must have at least one player aged 15+ in the room.
The difficulty is LEVEL 2 ROOM. This room is great for those who like more of a challenge or who have played escape rooms before but is still manageable for those new to escape rooms. It is our newest room and has a higher amount of technology.
Book this room for up to 6 players at a time. Book duplicate rooms for 4 to 12 people and compete head-to-head to see who can escape first!
Arrive promptly at the start time, that way you can enjoy the full Escape Hunt experience without any rush.
Got bags, phones or laptops? We’ve got somewhere for you to store them.
We humbly beg you not to share the secrets of your escape. Oh, and no pictures please!

Cancellation Policy

You will not be due any refund should you cancel your booking.
Re-scheduling your booking may be possible, but only at the discretion of the Escape Hunt branch manager. Rescheduling is free of charge provided you inform us at least 3 days in advance of your original booking date. If less than 3 days’ notice is provided, we reserve the right to charge a $20 rescheduling fee. If, for whatever reason, we are unable to accommodate your booking on an alternative date, you will not be due a refund.
Arrive 30 minutes or more later than your booked time. In which case, the booking becomes a no-show and entry will be declined.
